About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead with Purpose: Take full responsibility for the management and operation of the home, ensuring a positive and caring atmosphere for both staff and residents.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with the local community and a network of professionals, promoting collaboration and support for our children.
• Create a Homely Environment: Design a warm, welcoming space that reflects the views and needs of the children, ensuring they feel safe and valued.
• Deliver Excellence: Maintain robust monitoring systems to ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently met, and implement improvements where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must have or be willing to work towards a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Leadership and Management.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting is essential.
• An Adults and Children's DBS on the update service is desirable but not essential.
• Ideally, you will have a proven track record with Ofsted and good outcomes for children.
