Your Role:
As a Residential Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our children through their daily lives. You will collaborate with external agencies and ensure that all daily and specific recordings are completed to a high standard. Reporting directly to our Leadership Team, you will work towards achieving the best outcomes for our children in line with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
What We’re Looking For:
To be considered for this rewarding role, you should meet the following criteria:

Right to Work in the UK

6 months+ experience in a similar setting within the UK

5 years of professional references

Enhanced DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to obtain one)

A commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children
